This project involved the development of three ultra-modern residential building blocks, strategically located within the Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lekki, Lagos. Designed to reflect contemporary architecture and elevated living standards, the development emphasized functional layouts, and refined finishing.

Delivered over a 40-week timeline, the scope covered full-scale construction, executed with a focus on precision, durability, and modern design excellence. Each building was developed to achieve a seamless balance between aesthetics and functionality, aligned with the expectations of a high-end residential market.
