Amazing Grace Apartments project involved the development of a six-floor luxury apartment complex built to feel like more than just a residential building. Alongside the apartments, the scope included shared lifestyle features such as a standard-sized swimming pool, an underground gym, and a cabana for relaxation and social use.

From the start, the focus was on creating a balance between private living and shared experiences. The layout was carefully planned to ensure smooth movement within the building while still maintaining a sense of privacy for residents. Key areas like the underground gym and pool required close coordination during execution to get both the structure and technical systems right.

In the end, the project came together as a well-rounded residential space – comfortable to live in, functional in design, and built with everyday use in mind.
