This project involved the construction of 12 luxury terraced apartments for UPDC PLC, in Ikeja GRA, delivered between 2011 and 2013. The focus was on executing a solid, well-built residential development that would stand the test of time.

Construction was carried out with close attention to structural integrity, material quality, and on-site coordination. Each unit was developed with consistency across the block, ensuring uniform standards in finishing and overall build.

From foundation to final detailing, the emphasis remained on durability, stability, and delivering a reliable residential structure that performs well over time.
